What happens if weather prevents the flight?
If weather prevents the flight, Reservations will explain the rescheduling or cancellation options that apply to your booking.
Is there a weight limit?
The public terms state up to 125 kg per passenger and ask you to tell Reservations if that value is exceeded.
How many people can fly?
The published terms state up to 3 passengers in the Robinson R44. Aircraft and seating are assigned based on operational needs and weight and balance.
Is a transfer included?
The public terms include transfers within the urban area for experiences except Ushuaia 360°. Confirm area, current validity and timing when booking.
Where can I find the price?
Ask Reservations for the current fare sheet. Fares and their expiry date must be confirmed before payment.
